Jo is absolutely amazing person Done absolutely beautiful work on my hair today She was so patient and kind as I was a bit anxious About it but not sure if she noticed Once I sat down and we got chatting about my hair It was such a relief it was like a huge lift off my shoulders Having someone else understanding exactly what I wanted and made it look amazing My number one hairdresser now Thanks Jo
PS.. it's Julie I went from long to short hair and don't regret it 😉 can't wait for Poppy to see me I be waiting for my hugs 🤗

I had my hairdresser cancel on me last minute before a wedding, and Kylie saved the day and squeezed me in between her other appointments. She did a fantastic job with cutting my curly hair, gave me great advice on how to keep it looking nice and healthy, and gave me bouncy and shiny curls all ready to go to the wedding. Thank you so much Kylie, you are amazing !

I’m giving two stars because I’ve heard the other staff are great, especially Joe and Rachel but I called to see if they had any availability thinking they might not because it’s last minute and that is totally fine. But when I called the store, the phone was answered by Kylie and the entire conversation was incredibly unprofessional and just straight up rude. When I asked if she could let me know if Joe and Rachel had availability, she just laughed then said “no i don’t think so”. She then moved on without explaining why she was laughing and it really made me frustrated. After that, her tone was incredibly blunt and unhelpful. It made me not want to go to this salon, despite it being strongly recommended by family and friends.
