Friendly, helpful team @ Bay Ford. 3-4 month wait for our new Ford Escape Hybrid but should be worth the wait. Customer parking is a bit of an issue. Very busy & congested.

Thought this place was good until I came for a WOF , got quoted $1300 for a new seat base because of surface rust where some paint had come off. Couldn’t believe it when I saw what the “rust” actually was considering I work in the steel industry I don’t know how silly they thought I was.
Resprayed and had it all back to new again in 20 minutes and saved myself $1300. They lost a loyal customer.

Had an issue with my Wildtrack and called in to the Service department to discuss the problem. ALEX COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL.issue was addressed and for an out of towner I couldn't have received better service. Thank you Bay Ford
