Friendly, helpful team @ Bay Ford. 3-4 month wait for our new Ford Escape Hybrid but should be worth the wait. Customer parking is a bit of an issue. Very busy & congested.
Top line service , Staff very helpful and fast service , Service Manager provided very helpful advice and their staff member who did the work on my nudge bar did a great job . Very Satisfied customer .
Thought this place was good until I came for a WOF , got quoted $1300 for a new seat base because of surface rust where some paint had come off. Couldn’t believe it when I saw what the “rust” actually was considering I work in the steel industry I don’t know how silly they thought I was. Resprayed and had it all back to new again in 20 minutes and saved myself $1300. They lost a loyal customer.
